Herb Infused All Purpose Cleaner
This formula requires two easy steps. First you infuse the vinegar for two weeks and then mix and dilute the vinegar before use.

Ingredients for infusing:

  • 1 to 1 ½ cups distilled white vinegar
  • ½ cup disinfecting dried herbs of your choice like rosemary, peppermint, thyme, lemongrass, pine needles, or lavender.
  • 1 clean jar with lid

Place dried herbs in the jar and cover with distilled white vinegar. Cover the top with the lid and shake. Set aside to rest for two weeks but remember to shake everyday or every other day.

After two weeks time, strain your vinegar with a sieve catching the liquid in a bowl beneath. Pour your infused vinegar into a clean, empty spray bottle and add 1 cup more of plain distilled white vinegar.

If you like you can also place 30-50 drops of a citrus essential oil into your mixture. Then shake, close, and use freely.
