According to recent studies across the US, completely sanitized classroom prohibit the strengthening of children’s immune systems. Using anti-bacterial and chemical-based cleansers to clean classroom causes more problems than solutions. Basically, young children need exposure to some germs to keep them healthier and stronger.

Even with this information, many teachers and parents still gravitate towards antibacterial and bleach-based cleansers for the classrooms. They just like of the idea of eliminating 99.9% of environmental, air born germs. These cleansers risk the overall health of children by exposing them to harsh chemicals.

A better choice for cleaning all surfaces, toys and fabrics found in classrooms everywhere is hot water mixed with a mild cleansing detergent. This option effectively and gently kills most serious bacteria and bugs.
